Terms & Conditions

1. General
All prices include 25% VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend and change any typographical errors.  If you are under 18 years of age you need a parent/guardian’s permission to order.

2. Payment
Our methods of payment include Klarna Checkout, Stripe, EPS, iDeal and GiroPay. You accept our terms and conditions for purchase and payment in connection with your payment. The methods of payment can differ based on the language settings of the website.

3. Delivery
We send packages using DHL, Postnord, UPS, and Bring. Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days within Sweden and 3-6 business days in the rest of Europe. You will see the shipping costs when you check out. We charge SEK 200 for uncollected packages. If you have placed an order and then changed your mind after we have sent it, you must return the package in accordance with the information under point 4, Right of Withdrawal. Otherwise, you will be charged SEK 200 for the uncollected package.

4. Return policy
As a private individual, you have 14 days return policy but our customers have a 30 days cooling off period. This means that we will refund your money if you’re not happy. The product cannot be in used condition, only unpacked and used once to see if you are happy with your purchase. If the item has been used in a way we deem unnecessary to assess its features and functions, we will deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation. All accessories and packaging material must be returned. Returns are to be sent back in their original packaging and well packed in suitable wrapping (such as cardboard). The customer will be charged for any damages from the transport following insufficient packaging. When invoking the return policy, the customer bears the cost for return shipping.

Remember that the customer is liable for the return shipping. The risk includes for example if your parcel is lost during shipping. Therefore, choose a shipping method with tracking option and retain the deposit slip.
We must receive the product within 30 days of the delivery date. We will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

5. Warranty
Unless stated otherwise by Barshopen i Stockholm AB, all hardware products are covered by a 12 months warranty. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not defects caused by external violence or reckless usage. 
We check and test all returns in accordance with the defect description; thus, the description should be as detailed as possible. If the product is flawless, you will be charged SEK 200 to cover our work cost and return shipping. The product is to be sent to
Barshopen i Stockholm AB within 30 days after finding the defect in order to claim against your warranty. Claims are sent in writing to support@goldenmoose.com.
Manufacturing warranty cannot be transferred to another party and is only valid for the person stated on the receipt or invoice. Copy of receipt or order number must be presented in order to claim against warranty repair.

6. Personal data
Barshopen i Stockholm AB are liable for the processing of the personal data with which you as our customer provide us. These data will be used for marketing purposes and for our newsletter, which you approve in the terms & conditions at the checkout. 
No data is transferred to another party; they are used only by
Barshopen i Stockholm AB. For any amendments to your data, please contact us via support@goldenmoose.com. If you wish to be deleted from our customer file, please contact us.

7. Force majeure
Events such as war, natural disaster, strike, government decisions, missing deliveries from subcontractors, more costly circumstances and comparable events, outside  of Barshopen i Stockholm AB ‘s control – which could not have been foreseen – are considered force majeure, meaning that  Barshopen i Stockholm AB are released from their obligations to fulfil the agreement of purchase.
